I am glad that you are feeling better but I do think you still need counseling. You are living in a make believe world right now. You are put on cloud nine over a letter when you should just stay at an even level all the time a leeter should not be what it takes to make you happy. I know you may not want to here this but it is alll superficial. You need to like being with jewl and love jewl. As long as you live with outside love alone and no love for you by you. There will be these episodes. Once again I am not a physician nor capable of curing anyone. I just strongly believe having been where you are( and now finally loving or at least feeling confotable with me)you should seek some free care somewhere.
I also would like to continue to see ya in this forum for your alcohol related issues and you recovery. So please keep me posted on them.
