H = Honesty. While drinking I was consumed by "I only had one drink" "no I haven't been drinking", hiding a bottle here or there, taking extra shots and denying it... denying how truly hungover I was the next day.. I have lived with pure honesty and integrity since I became sober, and it's such a free feeling.

N for NOT having had a drink today. I am truly grateful now that this thread has made think about it, despite having a far from perfect day it could have been worse I could have drank. So in a sense its been a perfect day.
Great thread by the way.
