This morning was a beautiful morning

First Saturday I have woken up without a drink (I stopped last Sunday night) and had a full 10 hours sleep. It was a little rainy outside, but the sun started to peek out and my head was completely clear.

It felt really good to be alive than have a head cloud all day and have my full Saturday ruined.

I hope others experienced something of the same!!

I too had a positive productive day....

A bit of SR ...A lot of AA ...and the rest
is time for relaxation

Ain't sobriety grand??

Carol, awesome to hear! So glad you had a productive day!!! Taking life minute by minute, hour by hour.

Not every minute is easy, but the result of the struggle is worth it.
