alot better the mood swings seem to be slowly backing off, and my anger is less , still fighting the anxiety and depression but feeling alot better.
Dealing with problems sober are alot more difficult than i ever could imagine, it has been tough to fight the cravings but it sure is worth it..

Hey problemchild. I'm sorry for the pain you've been suffering, and glad to hear it's easing, if only a little. I can't know why you've chosen this difficult road, but you must be seeing a place you'd rather be, and that's where you're going. Stick with the journey. My guess is it will be more worthwhile than you can imagine.

problemchild,I did not know how screwed up I was until I quit drinking.But it does get better and one day you might look back and think to yourself, "I can`t believe I used to live that way"
