In the middle of rec need help!
 

Hi, im currently on my 4th day of taking librium and vit b and a few other things the doctor says i should take vit b etc. Also something called Omeprazole to stop me feeling sick.

Well im still feeling sick at the mo, im eating bits and bobs and havent actually been sick just got that sickly feeling. but i just wanted to know if this is normal as im worried to death ive done some major damage.

I had a binge of about 5 days and then stopped.

Can anyone reassure me?

with your doctor about your concerns.

Well I just thought Id update this

I had a relapse but since then ive started going to AA a few times a week, bought the big book and the how to live sober book and im doing great.

As of friday I will be 3 weeks sober! Its the longest ive ever gone and this time i have a totally different outlook on drinking.

Just wanted to say thanks as reading stuff on this site has really helped me.
