30 days sober
Well it's ben about 2 yrs since i've been able to say this.It sure feel nice to be free of hangovers, blackouts and other negative
baggage that comes with an alcohol soaked lifestyle.I went to a concert sober last night(1st time ever)and i can actually rememeber the whole evening, lol.

*big hugs for you*
Am so proud of you Blue. You deserve everyday sober you have worked for, and I do know how hard you've been working at it and for how long. Keep doing what your doing and so glad you've come so far!
You go!
Kindablue,
Very happy for you! I know how happy I was when I made my 30 days. Be proud of yourself since that is a big acomplishment!!! It takes a lot of strength and courage to get to that 30 day mark. Congrats and keep it up (one day at a time).

Thanx guys,
It seems to me that once you shoulder it,the burden is light.the hard part is stopping, that's when it's a huge weight to shoulder.
At the moment i don't have a desire to drink,i feel too good being sober.Plus i'm dealing head on with all the wreckage i left in my booze fueled wake,i know there can be no progress there if i were to continue drinking. It's a choice between a half way decent life or misery, depression and confusion.the choice is easy

Congrats! You are in the midst of some of the hardest days in getting sober. It is so inspiring to see folks make it to this milestone. Keep up the good work and I'll "see" you in another 30 days.
Hi Blue, That is great news. I understand how hard
you've worked for your 30 days, and you should be proud of yourself. Now keep your sights on the bulls eye, and a day at a time hang in there. Don W
