Hi Chardoll,
How did you detox treatment go? The first 10 days I was very exhausted but was hard to sleep. When I left treatment I still took unisom to help me sleep. It took another week to finally go to sleep on my own. It's only been a over a month for me now and I am seeing much change in my well being. Just thinking of you.

im back, well never really left but been newly dating someone and its taken up much of my time.
how are you holding up?
dissapointed in myself but ended up drinking a few beers a 1 1/2 weeks ago for no other reason than getting caught up in the moment and my hormones took over.....LOL
damn, now i have to change my sobriety date even though it was only a few beers and i didnt get stupid and luckily it didnt lead to a binge.
oh well, at least i felt dissapointment.
