Maltipoobear, I read all the Moderation Management literature and tried to use it but never attended a formal group. Most of all I devised my own experiments by setting limits, I would buy a case of beer and try to limit myself to 4 a day or draw lines on a bottle of vodka and tried to stop when I reached the limit. Needless to say my experiments never lasted more than a few days.
