Post Happy Independance Day

FREEDOM FROM DRINKING, FREEDOM IN THIS GREAT LAND

Truly grateful for another sober holiday.

I've had my two grand daughters all week. Something that, might not have happened in the past.

With a clear thought of what this holiday means to me as an American.

My son just left for Ft. Bragg and on to Afghanistan.

On this holiday, keep in my mind the soldiers far away serving

I hope your son stays safe in Afghanistan.
My Grandson will be rotating out as
his unit will have 15 months soon.

Prayers for all those who serve .

Sober holidays are so much better. Waiting on the fire works to start. Can see them from my front porch. Had a cookout at my sisters.

What a brave son you have. I really look up to him and all who protect us.

Happy 4th Capt.

We have several different types of Freedom to celebrate, don't we?

I will certainly keep your Son as well as the other Sons & Daughters, Brothers & Sisters, who are risking (and some tragically losing) their lives to protect our Country's Freedom that many seem to take for granted.

God Bless Us All & Keep Us Safe in Our Own Personal Freedoms
