I haven't been here in a while because I've been so busy trying to straighten things out in my life. It's a long hard road to recovery for sure. I know that now because I've relapsed several times. I'm not much of a quitter if you know what I mean. My family is driving me nuts. Just in the last 6 months my mom has had a stroke and my brother has been arrested. I'm also having relationship problems. My boyfriend and I met about a year ago. At first everything was really nice now I think he's just getting bored with me. Sometimes it seems like I'm just going through a streak of bad luck. I'm beginning to think that I'm better off if I just leave him alone. I have a lot to think about I guess. Well wish me luck. I will absolutely be back because I miss the support more than you would know. I appreciate it as well. It's sometimes funny how peoples problems bring them together. Hugs!

Is your boyfriend supportive of your sobriety? My hubby isn't but unlike a boyfriend at this time I am stuck with him! He doesn't like me blacked out and passed out but doesn't really understand that I am a honest and true alcoholic. I think you should give your boyfriend the room he seems to want and you need and work on your sobriety.
Just keep on coming back here. Every day or every minute!!
