Day 12, improvement possibility?
6 hours since my 2mg of Xanax and Day 12 without booze, and I've had some more interests to do things today, I played FF1 for the GBA, played the Wii upstairs for nearly 2 hours, did some other things, GEMFIRE for Sega Genesis as well, but I'm still cloudy in the mind when I say things and such and don't understand things... other than that I guess that's the only improvement I've had so far... but someone came over to the house to clean and I begun feeling anxiety.

Glad to hear of your posibility of improvment. Its ends the drinking and drugs do but if you have problems other than alcohol like I do the symptoms just get more managable over time.
Alcoholics Anonymous has helped me with my drinking the drug use but there are hundreds of programs that might be more suited for you. Gemfire good game havent played that in a long time.

Hi Paulos, glad to hear you've felt better for a little while at least. Hang in there man!
though you made me feel old because I read this
and didn't understand a word.

I'm dealing as best as I can all, and the Wii is a newer generation console and I don't get much exercise due to all the anxiety I've had lately btw... I get up getting short of breath and palpitations, thanks for your concern all and yes Gemfire rules the house
Probably around the same time you start working some kind of recovery program. I don't know of anyone who recovered from alcoholism by increasing the amount of time spent in front of a video game.

For me drinking and video games went together so well, when ever I wanted to escape I drank and played video games.
