Hitting day 5...
 

Yup, hitting day 5 without any booze. Sure I've still had the shortness of breath and all but at least I'm sober, or at least partially sober. I wonder if I'll ever lose this brain fog... well 2.5 years of binging is a bit much to repair and cleanse.

Why have you got shortness of breath? Is it anxiety related?

Yeah very anxiety related... been like this since Nov of 2005.

I can relate, I have generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder. Working on them in talk and drug therapy.

Yeah me too needtobefree, I've had them ... ever since my first alcohol withdrawal in Nov 2005 which is ironic *not* and felly I feel kind of out of it really, I'm just wanting to feel pure/cleansed and better without booze, been on it way too long.

Way to go on day five!!!
