Hello
For some reason, I decided to come back to this site after not visiting for about one year. I did not leave for any particular reason, but funny how life can get in the way of things!
Anyway, I have been sober for five and one half years and things have never been better. Having said that, I realize alcoholism has a funny way of trying to weasel its way back in your life.
I have made a few posts here lately and I believe my life was saved by people that care about me and I have always felt like I should try and offer the same support.
I just wanted to say hello (again.)

Thanks for the warm welcome! To this day, I still cannot get over how supportive and loving this site is.
No hangovers, no headaches, able to deal with whatever life throws at me, clear head, positive, physically much better (although I was in pretty good shape even when I drank), patient - I could go on and on!
Sobriety is worth its weight in gold!
