I'm ok today, but yesterday was awful! I spent nearly 24 hours drunk, and I was at work for six of them.

Oh sweetie I know it's hard, but you can do this, I used to go to Houston and drink the entire week I was there, nonstop drunkeness, ya think you could AA today? or talk to someone that realy cares about you and won't judge you? There is help out there hon, and I so want to see you make it through this. You know it will only get harder the longer you drink, today is the perfect day to take back your life and start to really live instead of existing and trying to survive one more day in hell.....you just keep on posting and please reach out and let people help you, you'll be so glad you did!!

Heather... check out your phone book and look for AA. I also just called 411 and was given a local number. I also just checked MY phone book and AA was listed under "businesses". So, check both in your phone book

I just learned to my dismay that the # I gave you won't help unless you live in Maryland or DC... the lady last night thought she had a listing of #'s but the lady today says she doesn't.

AA ppl will really help. When you find an AA in your town, they'll hook you up with ppl to call or even visit. And you don't have to be sober to get help. So, even if you've drunk, give it a try They won't judge you... they're pretty cool.
