I'm feeling better, but having intermittent cravings. I'm slowly getting control of my emotions. One day at a time...

Ninety days is HUGE in fact !!!!!!

A true turning point - both physically ... and psychically

that's wunnerful ! You've DONE it !!!

We all set that '90 day' goal whether we admit it or not ...
you DID it, Justin!!!
If you did this - it means ... you can do OTHER things as well!
