I Need Help!!!
All I wanna do is get drunk....PERIOD.* I hate that I feel this way, but I can't help it...Please help me figure out some other ways to cope instead of getting drunk...I really wanna be normal at some point in my life...

The problem I had when using alcohol
is that it made me into a person I did not like.
Alcohol is a depressant...so I became depressed.
I drank to feel better...I felt worse.
I drank because of a specific problem...
and it never got solved.
Are you finding any of this true for you?

you arent alone........you DONT have to drink. play the tape thru....how do you feel after u drink? in the morning? How does your family feel about it?
you can get off the roller coaster anytime.....but you cant do it alone....are you ready to ask for help? to do anything to be relieved of the craving? It CAN be done....the folks here can help just so much,....there is help in your city.....let us know and we can help you find the place.....
