Congratulations!

One month is a lot to someone who is on day 1, just like three months is a lot to someone with one month, etc., etc., etc.

How did you do it?

im seeing an alcohol counsellor, and somehow this time i was ready to say no to a drink.. it was either stop or be sent into a rehab centre really because my mum didn't know what else to do. so i admitted to everyone about my problem. i don't know how but somethings changed inside me to take me up to a month, and i only occasionally miss it..

You are a Miracle! Thirty days is an awesome achievement. It may not sound like much to normies, but we alcoholics know how big of an accomplishment that is!!! Congratulations!
