When you say you are ashamed of 'that'. Is 'That' = 'I don't drink because I am afraid of being sick' and that you feel the basis of your sobriety should be based in something greater than yourself ? (I am putting out there that 'fear' is based in self)

I am just confused..don't mean to come across as abrasive or anything.
