so so sorry 4 another post but even after last nights meeting things are changing. during drinking, i was thinking about my drinking- u know, planning, hiding, etc etc and i realised it IS an obsession. also though, and more importantly, i had this thought- no one can actually stop me. and thats when i heard the a.a words 'we realised no human power can stop us drinking'. no human can stop me drinking. i cant do it. im not relying on willpower anymore; i don't have any over alcohol.
