Dangerous thinking
Ug. I had the worst dream last night, all about my last job and my last boss. And when I woke up, I've found that there is a way that I can get back at her indirectly. The first few minutes, laying in bed, I figured out the whole scenario.
I know this is bad bad bad thinking. Why can't I just let all this crap regarding her go?? I've been trying so hard to. I just have this overwhelming urge to really mess up her life!

merlot hon get with your sponsor, get to work on step 4 and follow it ASAP with 5.
Do not give into the urge hon..... funny how now that I am sober I am able to think of all kinds of ways to get back at people that I thought had done me wrong, when in doing my step 4 & 5 I learned that I played a major role in the very wrong I was blaming them for.
Will you gain anything except vengance by doing something like that?
Will any one gain through vengance?
Is it the "Next right thing to do?"

I know folks that have a "God" box.
A little box where you write down problems on a little piece of paper and put them in the box, therby symbollically turning the problem over to your higher power to take care of.
Sounds silly maybe but I know prople who swear by it.
They also date the slip, and later in time when they go back and look at the old slips, they wonder why they ever worried.
Your boss may have done wrong, but I find that I can no longer hang onto resentments if I wish to grow.
She will be judged in the end.

Another passive aggressive !!! And I thought I was the only one.
Honestly, I didn't know I was one until my 4th & 5th steps. The resentment towards my old bosses was lifted shortly thereafter.
BTW, I almost suceeded in getting my boss fired by the owners at a job I had held for 15 years. He only got out of it by buying the company. I quit after that.
At my last job, I was the IT Manager and could trace peoples internet usage. My boss was at dating sites 7 hours a day. (He's married) Ooooohhhhh, I wanted to nail him SOOO BAD.
Not anymore. I had a huge part, and it's none of my business.
