Thank You All!!! I went to a 9:00 meeting this morning and picked up a red chip. I talked to my sponsor and discussed the 90/90. I asked if I'm cured. He said absolutely, he would print out a diploma, and we had a good laugh. I suppose any diploma would be good to present to the nearest bartender for some controlled drinking, lol. Actually, I think I'll have another 24 hours. It feels different this time. I can't quite explain it. I was uncomfortable this morning. In the past, 90 days meant I had my stuff together. The circus in my head would tell me so. That's not happening right now, and I thank God and my sponsor, and all AA's in the rooms and in here for that. I was eating lunch at Chili's yesterday, and the first thing my server said was, " We're having a special on margarita's!!!!" I said, " Great, how much tequila do you have in the house " She looked at me puzzeled and said, "We have several bottles at the bar, and some cases in stock" I politely said, " Thanks, but you don't have enough" Don't drink and go to a meeting.

For some reason I thought the 90 day chip was green. Mine was.

All the meetings I've been to here in Ga, the 3 month chip is red, not for our clay dirt, but for danger. The 9 month chip here is green for grass growing between us and the liquor store.
