So, I have a question. I have a sponsor but I don't even know what they do!????

Don't have to expect anything. There are flyers on sponsorship at mtgs. This is a good time to give up control and just let your sponsor do what she can

Nanita Im so happy for you!!!

Trust me your sponsor will be a huge difference in your recovery. My first sponsor was also a life coach and I would never have stayed in a program if not for her... What a god sent they can be!!!

Nanita a sponsor is kind of a mentor, they hold your hand as you walk along the path to sobriety, they answer questions, offer guidance, give encouragement, they give you one on one ESH, and when you are ready guide you through the steps.

Thanks, everybody for your responses about my sponsor questions. I honestly had no clue what they were for, besides support, of course. I'm looking forward to the future and anxious for the sobriety and peace that lies ahead.
