Having Bad Thoughts About Dying
 

Ok I have been on here before. Havent spoken to my sister for 3 weeks. She changed her phone number and I finally got hold of her on her mobile. She got new that her ex has met someone else. She said she wanted to end it and what was the point in her life. OK she has said this before but each time I wonder what if??
What do I do? Please, she wasnt that pissed this time. We had a good chat and we discussed that she knows where to get all the help, go to the doctor, she mentioned going to a shrink!!!

spoke to her just now. she was sober WOW. She sounded more positive and going back to her "Gaining confidence course" tomorrow and on Thurs shes going to her literacy class. She needs help with getting her depression tablets as she ran out and depression hits hard.
Its good now, I can talk to her with out any interference, advise or telling her what she should do. But i do tell her how great she is, how she can make it, how gorgeous she is. What a rollercoaster hey. We are meeting for coffee next week.
Lets hope she makes it.

justjo you both will be in my prayers, just be there for her when she is sober, otherwise all you can really do is pray that she will get herself into a treatment program. She has to do this on her own, it is part of re-establishing self confidence, if she gets help in any way except a ride to a treatment center she will always feel like she is incapable of doing for herself or helping herself.
