I regret not posting this alot of times either to drunk or hungover , but i am gratefull for the both of you and this sight i relate to you guys one way or another and you have helped me alot , even though i just read here mostly not posted in a long time.. Everyone has helped me but you 2 really stick out.

I am with Homer, it takes action to get sober, honest action. First you will need to get honest with your self about your alcoholism and then honest in all matters.
Listen to those with more sober time then you, that is not to say that every thing they say is gospel, it's not, but have a look at them and how they lead thier lifes. If they are like you would like to be then listen to what they have to share with you.
If there is some one you know who you trust, that is happy, caring, honest, and is leading a better life sober then you are, this is the kind of person to listen to.
If they are angry, hateful, are a liar, some one you do not trust, then I would reccommend letting what they say go in one ear and out the other.
