My son called me yesterday and asked what "we" were donig for the holiday. I don't hear from him overmuch, especially if money or gifts are not in the offing. It was really nice to hear from him, for him to call. With all my kids schedules, we agreed on a brunch at the restaurant that he works at. RESERVATIONS for 5!!! My whole family will be toghether and have a meal. I'm really looking forward to it.

I've no doubt that I'll be able to say NO to the champaigne served and truly enjoy my family's company.

hehe, cool beans liz, that sounds fun!!

We are going over to my folks, making a big ham dinner (my job is the potato salad........and ya know??????...maybe I'll just fk it up this time so people stop asking me to make it!! hehe!). The whole family except my Son who is in the army. I talked to him for about an hour this morning and he PROMISED to call Sunday while we are all together. We will play "phone swap" again. I wish he was out of the army

I'm going home for weekend and I think we're just going to have a family dinner kind of thing with my parents and sister. My dad will probably BBQ something since the weather has been so nice. I still have to get to the store to find something for her, uh oh.
