Personally, I would see a Medical Doctor, unless, of course, you want your head shrunk!

I am having my head shrunk , it is my alternative to AA, she is teaching me cognitive therapy - not only is she my shrink, but also serves as a type of life coach. Yes I pay about $25 Australian Dollars once I receive a $75 rebate from Medicare and I see her once a fortnight but it is worth it.
