I'm grateful for the fact that even though today was a wild ride (the 'ex' factor) I managed not only to hold firm and didn't crack, but I managed to get through to my ex and let the full extent of my problem be known...another great weight off my shoulders...
thanks to everyone here - you didn't know it, but you helped me through this day
