Maybe someday I will have an honest to goodness sobriety b-day, but I seem to be a one week to 10 day wonder these day. I just can't seem to maintain the desire, especially when the frustration from OCD symptoms reaches a breaking point or some emotional situation gets me. Anyway... as of today I've lived a whole 38 years, so to an extent I guess I've learned to live with my problems, including the ones I make for myself!

10 days and then you wonder... You will find that sober b day.
We get to the belly button birthdays the same way...one day at a time.

DK I didn't know, as long as you do not give up trying and keep trying different ways some thing will click. I spent 10 years trying to figure out the right answer for me, damn tough road my friend, towards the end 1 day was not possible, I finally decided to swallow my pride and try something that worked for thousands of others. I did not know pride had feathers until I tried to swallow it! LOL
