OK so what's positive about your sobriety

For me I've learned my alcholism is a disease...and it needs to be treated...I have heart disease, and it needs treatment also.
I can look in the mirror without getting disgusted.
I dont look 10 years older than I am.
My skin looks better.
Others have said thing that could of come right out of my mouth...not spending time with my family...cuts into my drinking time.
