Day 7
Hi my friends,
Surviving day 7, finally a whole week has passed. The week days are much easier than the weekends, for sure.
Thanks to everyone for their positive comments and support. AA meeting tomorrow and I can't wait.
I'll keep you posted.

Way to go!!
My first AA meeting as scarry as he**. I walked in crying. I left with a great feeling in my heart and lots of phone numbers. At my meeting, there was a greeter who realized how scared I was. She took me, literally, by the hand and introduced me to several people who sat with me and held my hand. It really was a wonderful experience. It gave me the understanding that I was not alone. There was so much sobriety in the room, and so many people who were willing to help me.
Let us know how it goes!

Super Carol...I'll bet your feeling a little more relax and less depressed than you used to feel eh? Sobriety will do that for you. And so will being nice to yourself. I know you'll enjoy the meeting. Let us know how how it was when you get back.
Yours in sobriety,
Ed
