5th step done
Thank you all, you really helped me the last few days of my first 4th step.
I met with my spiritual advisor tonight, and talked for almost 3 hours. I am still digesting everything I said, everything I lived, everything she said ... I feel like sitting and crying for hours, but a good healthy/cleansing cry. I just might, seeing as how my household are all in bed snoring ...
I feel lighter some ... just like the weight is not baring down on me. But still, none of it has hit home or seems real. I expect tomorrow to be where I feel it ... or start to. I also meet with my sponsor tomorrow morning.
