different drinks
I'm on day 13 sober and I'm kind of missing alcohol a bit already...but i digress.
Anyway, has anyone else noticed that if they drink a couple of vodkas for example rather than a couple of beers they will get a different feeling from the alcohol?
Maybe you're just more drunk from the vodka but I'm sure stuff like beer and cider feels a bit different.

I've noticed water and Ice Tea do have different flavors but they both suit my lifestyle and goal of staying sober...
HS...please don't play mind games with sobriety ...all alcohol is processed the same in your body...your organs don't know how it is flavored.
you really are doing what is best for your well being....

HS. why is this question still important to you now? For me at day 13 the 'obsession' with alcohol continued and I got cravings and urges. It is your choice as to how you engage with these peronal experiences or think to youself about your drinking experience.
I found reading the Big Book (free online) helpful in understandign what they refer to as 'obession' and 'moments of insanity'.
