Day 30

so I made it to day 30.. I just wanted to take a second and thank this board . I do not get to post as often as I would like but I always take a peak daily to read up. You guys are helpful and very kind ... So one may ask what have I learned in 30 days sober. I have learned my wife is a great person more than I ever would have though when drinking.. I have learned that my health is now top on my list which before it was low.. I have learned up keep on my house is more important than booze.. I think it is odd how did not realize that booze had taken over my life and was top dog now my life is.. I know I have alot of work to go .. but so far I am very happy with out the booze.. On a side note I had a cat scan of my stomach and liver last friday and some blood work done.. so we will see what if anything they find to see why my stomach was bugging me

Congrats on your 30 PGH! Be grateful that your wife has been so supportive.
I had no idea how much BS mine had put up with until it was too late.

I do not know if I learned it in 30 days it was all things i knew and jsut did not belive in fully as the booze made me think it.. Thanks for all the kind words.
