...and I need to know if anyone can give me some tips on how to detox on my own. I go three days without drinking and I get extremely fatigued, my head starts to feel like its swelling, I sweat, my heart goes crazy, and my mouth gets really dry. Needless to say, its more than uncomfortable. The last time I did this on my own was in March and it was hell. As a matter of fact, I never got over it. I've been sick ever since then. I started back up again after I slipped up on my 21st birthday on September 12th. If I could, I would check myself into a hospital but #1 I can't afford it, #2 it would involve my parents finding out I screwed up again and #3 the last time I checked into a hospital I failed out of college. I'm finally back in school and it is my last chance. I can't screw this up. Any advice would be more than appreciated. Thanks guys.
