i got over my 1st day with no troubles or cravings.Hope everyday dittos today but i know how it is. for the update since i been gone,ive been drinking more beers daily than i was say 6 months ago,minimum 12 pints everyday after work. my tolerance level has gone up too,now i can sometimes drink 18 pints and just get mildy drunk,i did switch to bud lites which are slight lower in alcohol but i know things are changing inside my body. my reputation in my town is widespread gossip that im a drunk,which i am but when im not drinking that bugs me big time. ok i ramblin so i come back later or tomorrow or sometime

Patrick, I am glad to see you posting again. Might I suggest you go back and read some of your OLD posts. This will give you a good idea how your drinking has progressed.

You know you can PM me anytime you need or want to, please do so.

What are you going to do this time not to drink? Have you made a plan yet? Have you made a commitment to yourself on what to do and what not to do?

Maybe it's time to do more than just talk about it. How about doing some SERIOUS reading? How about getting yourself a copy of "Under The Influence" and "Beyond the Influence" and reading them? They are both available on Amazon.com.
