1. Feel great, great day at the office, ate healthy and got my workouts in..
2. Decide to go out for dinner with my girlfriend being fully convinced that this time I'll control my drinking... How can I not ? Big day at the office tomorrow, and there is NO WAY I can be hungover...
3. Got smashed. GF is pissed. Feel like complete HELL at work the next day..... Walking around paranoid that people can smell booze on my breath..
4. Crash early that evening while eating bad food and lots of it..
5. Feel a bit better, back in the gym, and eating healthy...
...... back to step 1 we go, and the process begins alllllllll over....
That's what we call INSANITY - doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result...
