Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

I feel nurtured and grateful for your candid and thoughtful responses.

I put it out there, unsure but open, & am just so very grateful for all of responses which included hearing the experience of others coming back n staying after similar deflating, painful=humbling, yet avoidable experience.

And among many important points, how vigilance, accountability, de-prioritizing my program, denial, feelings of unease, complacency, etc n taking others inventory affects quality of sobriety.

And that I can reference all your responses anytime of day or night when I'm feeling challenged.

I hope you keep reading and posting.

You didn't lose 20 clean years.

Your body and mind will reassure you of that.

You are 7300 plus vs 90...or how ever long you stayed out. That is an incredible record!
