One week sober

Whoa...what a difference one week sober makes!

The first week is huge. Each day of the week has different challenges and triggers. That's really great. Keep up the good work. It really gets so much better.

V, after we're around AA for a while we realize the truth in HOW IT WORKS where it says. "Half measures availed us nothing"

Tell your sponsor you're ready to step it up a notch. Tell her to push you a bit.... to make you stretch. Tell her (and your HP) that you want to get better.

Thank you!

I need to find a sponsor.

I have someone I have been "working" with for over one year, and well...I just don't think more of the same will be good for either one of us.

I need to get out of my comfort zone, return to AA meetings, and find a sponsor.
