suns been out all day.
grandson fed and happy.

dogs walked and asleep.
shed re roofed and painted.

several prayers said today...namely for sick newcomer ive been working with.
i ache in places i didnt know i had till i hit forty......but its a good ache....

how the hell did i ever find the time to do all that drinking..

Wii party for a few of the AA girls this evening,it was great fun.
prayer and meditation now....im beat!

Beautiful day here in the UK today. I took my son to the park with a McDonalds picnic.

Enjoying watching him play and be there with him mentally in that moment is priceless.

I took lots of photos of him and that is something I enjoy doing in sobriety. The last couple of years of my drinking, I have very few photos of him because I was too busy with alcohol to even think about it.

One last prayer now before I go to sleep and as it is now Sunday morning here, I think I should get to sleep now.
