The Best Speaker CD In The History of AA
Thanks Jim,
I’m familiar with Clint Hodges (recently deceased) and Tom Ivestor, and love their talks. But these others I’m not certain I know. Do you know where they are from? That is the way I find them on XA because they list the cities they are from rather than their last names.
Is this him? XA-Speakers - The lights are on!
I typed Mickey Bush in the search box here XA-Speakers - The lights are on! and got several links to a Mickey B's talks. If this is him, is he an alcoholic as well as an addict?

Listened to that last night while, I was on here good speak!!
Clarence S XA-Speakers - The lights are on! ...
I can't wait to listen to some of these others.
Don't forget. The first one I linked to is awesome too!

It Is Up To Us
We have lost some of the good ones the last few years-Don Pritts, Earl Husband from OKC, Tom Brady Jr., Clint Hodges, Joe Hawk, and recently Ed M.
Don P. was my grandpa sponsor. I saw him about a month before he passed away. The last time I saw him he kissed me on the cheek and said "you're it."
We are the next generation Tommy and we have some big shoes to fill.

I think Tom B. Jr. was from Charlotte, N.C., correct me if I'm wrong Tommy.

If those tapes are from the workshop that Joe did at the Long Beach Salvation Army, those are some of the best Big Book tapes you can find. They rival Joe & Charlie's best stuff. I think Joe was about five years sober when he did that workshop.
There is a great set of Clint H (6 cds) - link below...
Enjoy

Those are the ones Andy. It is not a study in the sense of what most people would think of as a study. He is actually taking some people through the steps. Reading the book out loud and sharing his experience with what was read.
These tapes helped me immensly early on in my sobriety. I could relate to the way Joe was approaching the book because he took my first sponsor through the book.
