Hey, everyone. I check in probably once a year or so but I finally realized I need to be a regular user again. This site helped me so much when I first went NC (7 years ago!) with my AM. I'm still in therapy doing work on myself and finding ways to cope with my borderline personality disorder. I could say so much more but I'll just leave it at that.

Thanks, Eauchiche! I am definitely loving this life. My therapist wrote a workbook for recovering addicts and uses it with a lot of his ACOA patients. Although not an addict myself, I adopted a lot of the traits of my AM growing up, and the work I've been doing in the book has been incredibly helpful. I'm so grateful for my therapist and SR for helping me through some really rough times and always bringing me back to the wagon.
