Today was okay, I guess.


I don't have any idea what to write, I tried to write a few things but I quicky gave up and deleted them.

I just don't want to do anything, I was going to workout today but it slipped out of my mind.

Let's just post some nonsense.

I woke up feeling pretty low, didn't care about my surroundings nor bothered to talk to anybody. Lots of daydreaming. Did a French test, came back home from college and straight to the laptop. I hate reality.

Hi Valentinus,

After my husband passed and someone asked how I was, I would usually answer OK.

Well, OK meant...
*I took a shower today.
*I ate at least something today.
*I managed to walk to the mailbox and collect the mail today.
*I'm alive, I'm still vertical, I'm still trudging along.

I finally managed, with the help of a grief counselor, to get to a point where I could answer "good".

Please don't hesitate to seek IRL support!! You deserve whatever effort it may take to feel good with your life
