Family roles

I recently was talking to my baby sister since she had information about my dad. Its a long complicated mess I wont get into here for now. But, while she and I were talking I told her not to get involved. I said he has the support he needs best to leave them to it. The problem is I didnt explain what I really meant by this. So, she called me two days ago and starts off with " I wanted to tell you before you found out from someone else." She decided to go see him, help out with a few things and get him on an airplane to his brother. I said why would I be mad and she replied " because you told me not to get involved and your my big sister" (read Superwoman, mom, hero). Ugh. I should have known and this is not a role I want to play
