I found the laundry list as well. Here in the US at least it is also a prime book so if you have an amazon prime account you can borrow it for free

oooh, that one has a history. The first edition came out in April of '82 and ignited the whole ACoA movement. Within months there were over 1000 meetings all over the country. That book saved my life.
