13 Characteristics of Adult Children i identify with 10
I identify with 10 of these. I used to identify with 11 but im getting better now.
Am i an adult child of an alcoholic parent i do identify as codependent and by his own admission my father was alcohol dependent some of the time during my growing up [im not sure when]. That he enjoyed a drink is no secret and he used to drink at home too, cans.
i am 32 100 days sober today woo, don't engage in any sexual or substance compulsions and have been self-identifying as codependent for about a month.
