This ACOA site is AWESOME! Certainly lacking in my recovery process the ES&H and the after effects of ACOAs. PLEASE, anyone with experience with ACOA please post your ES&H and knowledge!!

Sounds like it, doesn't it!?! Yay! A breakthrough!

Going to try and find a meeting in my area and get the literature.

It's just so hard to absorb with all of the emotions around it. Suppose I need to take myself out of the picture and then look at my roles and how I'm affected.

Oh, well. It is what it is.
