Information is empowerment
I finished reading Adult Children of Alcoholics by Woititz. Although some of it was info I already knew, on the whole it was wonderfully empowering and validating.
Reading has opened my eyes even more. I am so looking forward to getting into this deeper and working on my issues.
Next on the list is the Struggle for Intimacy.
