JT - You write such amazing messages ! I feel very connected to my twin right
now - tho I don't know about Evil! Defiant, angry , insecure , destrutive and
definitely self-sabotaging. I know her very well. It is the bright twin I am getting to know.

Have you ever seen the Tai Chi symbol? It is a circle with two tear drop shapes - one black - one white. Within the white there is black and within the black there is white. There are continuosly merging opposites that contain elements of the other- and yet are complete within themsleves. Always dynamic and ever chaging
Most Ancient cultures knew that to be whole - we had to embrace the Shadow
part of our psyches and selves. It is hard and painful , yet still a part
of the whole that we are. If we exclude one aspect of the whole - it can be at the expense of the other. There is power in each aspect Dark and Light.
Don't you feel the 'dark" side is the unloved. negated unheard part of us that
becomes scary to ourselves?
It is hard - but to really love myself - I have to love and honor and understand both - because it is all me. It is a challenge not to drown in self fear of the unknown and possibly mythic parts of ourselves. Initiation? I am working my way through the labyrinth. Love and Blessings - Daria
