Still here Eddie! It's nice to be missed. I feel all warm and gooey on the inside!
I'm grateful for every day I have sober! I've started a new thing with my praying and instead of asking for God to guide my thoughts and actions, I thank God for guiding my thoughts and actions. Sunday at church there was a guest speaker and she gave me that idea. She said that while she was growing up and her family was having dinner, instead of saying "please pass this or that"...they would thank the person for passing the food...and then, viola, it was there in front of them. Kinda like everything we need is already provided for us...once we make the affirmation of gratitude--it materializes.
So, I'm grateful for God giving me clarity of His will for me in my life and the power to carry it out.
Voila! So it is.
