I am late because I was busy being rebellious last night. So after reading this thread I feel the need to confess my rebellious behavior.
I have been on a 1000 calorie a day diet for about a month now. Last night my husband went out and rented movies and bought a bag of planters chocolate covered peanuts. Oh my God, if you haven't tried these peanuts you Must!
So we are watching movies and I open the bag. I ate the whole bag. I didn't give him one. Once it was open they were pretty much gone. So this morning I looked on the back of the bag and realized that I had consumed 1320 calories. I really blew it. But I must admit at the time I did savor every peanut.
